Useless

I couldnt find an entry for treatment of intrauterine infection, and I couldnt make the search function work. Waste of money, dont buy it.

OB handbook

Oh..... Totally not worth the big $. Dont buy.... Sorry I did!!!!

Great & Useful

This program was helpful on rounds, was great for studying how to treat patients and answering patient questions. Easy to use interface, consice but well written sections covering all aspects of the high-risk pregnancy.

Lower the price

Its a little pricy (hence the 3 stars) but I do like it. I love that the info is ACOG based. Its like having a compendium in the palm of my hand

Good for clinic and rounds

In my third year. I see some women in the clinic with some pretty complex conditions. I got this handbook because the paper one I have has never really been useful. I got to read up on antiphospholipid syndrome really quick when we admitted a lady with a DVT. Took me about 5 minutes to get the basics of what to test for and what to do. The search function works well, found just about every topic that pertained to this disorder. Id like to see more on how to do a formal ultrasound. We do L&D scans but Im never sure that I couldnt do it better. Great reference, though!

Not worth the money

Very superficial review with not nearly enough information. Definitely not worth $50. I feel like I wasted my money.
