Kostenfalle
Nachdem angeblich mein Spitzname auch beim 2. Versuch meine 2Sterne-Rezension zu schreiben angeblich jedesmal vergeben ist, hier mal nur Stichworte: Kostenfalle? Kosten der App kaum auffindbar, keine Erklärung zur Kostenstaffelung, Datenschutz?
Registrierung nicht möglich
Die App fordert beim ersten Start dazu auf eine Email Adresse anzugeben. Leider erhalte ich daraufhin nur eine Fehlermeldung. Die App ist somit nicht nutzbar.
Sehr gute App
Seit über ein Jahr besitze ich HandHelp und bin mit dieser leichte Erklärung und Bedienung sehr zufrieden. Mit den Registrierung habe ich am Anfang gleich geklappt. Diese App ist für Hörgeschädigte sehr nützlich. Danke für der Erfinder des App!!
Very difficult to use
I got this app for my wife who had a stroke recently. It is very difficult to set up, and the "Help" video on YouTube is all in German with English subtitles that scroll off the page so that they cannot be read in their entirety. Trying to unsubscribe to this thing is maddening! I finally had to do a Google search to learn how to do it in the iTunes app on my laptop. Unless you can read German I would not recommend this app for you.
