We found that the app doesnt serve a lot of purpose. We thought that the chat would allow chatting with other guests so we wouldnt need to use cellular. Nope,only with the consists, and only between 9-5. It doesnt list any of the pool names or what hours they are own. It constantly shuts down on its own. Cant book room service through it. There is a schedule feature but it doesnt auto add an appointments when you book wit the spa etc.

Not very useful.
App Crashes with 5 secs of Opening
The app started out working the first 2 hours but quickly stopped working for no reason. The app cant be opened for more than 5 seconds without crashing now. Killed the app and restarted the phone with no success.
