يقوم مدير التطبيق الافتراضى بدعوة الموظفين لاستخدام التطبيق ثم يقوم الموظف بالدخول لحسابه ف التطبيق و يفعل الحساب بمجرد تسجيل الدخول
يقوم مستخدمى التطبيقى بإنشاء مشاريع خاصة بهم واضافة المستخدمين الأخرين كاعضاء فى نفس المشروع
يستيطع بعذ ذلك المستخدمين البدء بالمحادثات الخاصة بالمشروع
للدخول على المحادثات الخاصة بالمشروع يقوم المستخدم بالدخول لقائمة المشاريع والضغط على اسم المشروع ليفتح المحادثات الخاصة بالمشروع
يتم اسناد المهام لمستخدمين اخرين عن طريق استخدام @ داخل الشات الخاص بالمشروع لتحديد المستخدمين واضافة تاريخ انتهاء المهمة المسندة
تظهر المهام عند المستخدمين فى قائمة المهام ويستطيع بعد ذلك اما قبول المهمة او الاعتذار عنها مع إبداء سبب الاعتذار
تظهر المهمة سواء كانت مقبولة او معتذر عنها او منتهية عند منشئ المهمة فى قائمة الصادر
