This app is aimed at employees in Norway Post and Bring who intend to make lifestyle changes, whether they are small or large. You can choose between exercise, nutrition, sleep and stress-management/relaxation. The Health coach app will help you create a plan and evaluate your progress. You will receive tips about different activities, on how to get started and continue after a relapse.
You can receive notifications on your smartphone, and evaluate your progress by applying a set of smileys. If you wish, you can reward yourself on your goal achievement.
We recommend that you complete the eLearning course the Health coach before you start using the app. You will find the course at the Academy or on Mylink mobil.
The course will take you on a journey to understand the relationship between lifestyle and health. You start by providing the status of your current situation. Later you will receive tips and advice about what you can do to make improvements. These recommendations will be related to the following themes: nutrition, physical activity, sleep, stress and relaxation. You will receive various exercises within each theme. The final step of the course is to create your own action plan to be the best you can be.
