HertzOnDemand® is an entirely new car rental experience debuting in Chicago. During our beta launch, vehicle availability could be limited.
HertzOnDemand makes renting a vehicle easy, convenient and flexible. Select your vehicle in the app and tell us when you want it delivered. A valet will bring your HertzOnDemand vehicle to your location inside the service area. Drive it as long as you need, then tell us when to pick it up. As long as youre inside the service area, a valet will meet you to pick up the vehicle when you’re done. It’s that simple. No waiting in line, no rental counter, and all payments are taken care of in app.
With HertzOnDemand you pay one flat rate that includes:
• A Valet Vehicle Delivery & Pick-up
• Damage Protection
• A Full Tank of Fuel
• The Latest Vehicles & Technology
• No Hidden Fees
How it works:
• Launch the App and drop the pin on the map to set your delivery location
• Search for and select your vehicle
• Pay within the App
• A valet will use your GPS location to deliver the vehicle to you
• You drive it
• Let us know when youre done with the vehicle and a valet will use your GPS location meet you and pick it up

HertzOnDemand is available in a designated service area in Chicago with more cities coming soon.

HertzOnDemand has vehicles ranging from compact, to full size, SUVs, mini vans, pickup trucks and even convertibles.
