WHY
It’s a fact: people are spending too much time on dating apps. Not only is the whole experience underwhelming, but pressure to find ‘the one’ is boring. When did being single become a thing to be ashamed of? That’s where Thursday comes in. We built an app where everything you want from online dating happens in one day, making Thursday the one day of the week when singles can match, chat and meet. Why? Because there’s more to life than dating apps.
The app is free to use. Members looking to send unlimited likes, get boosted, use 5 Love Keys instead of 1 can upgrade to a Premium Membership.

Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period

• You can now add dating intentions to your profile…so if you’re looking for love or perhaps something a bit more casual you can now let people know.
• Having such a great convo with someone you lost track of time? No problemo, use your weekly ‘Love Key’ to unlock the chat and shoot your shot.
• They say hearing someone’s voice increases trust…so we’ve added audio prompts to profiles and voice notes to messages, allowing you to let your personality shine through your dulcet tones.
• Make yourself standout by commenting on a specific picture or prompt when sending a like, afterall first impressions count.
• Doing something cool on a Thursday? Add it to your story for other users to engage with. Just please, keep it PG.

Profiles
• Photos now have captions
• Photo cropping and scaling implemented in a new way
• Drag to re-order photos
• Added “intro bio” on profiles
• Audio prompts added (record a clip, select a text prompt to go with it)
• “Events I’ve been to” shown on profile with a tick-box to turn display on/off
• Added “show / hide” options on occupation, pronouns and dating intentions
• Added a “Preview” view of the profile
Matching
• Improved algorithm to make matches more likely
Premium Features

• Free reward tickets available in selected cities
“2 4 1” have become “Rewards”
• Previously viewable via the “2 4 1” tab in the events list
• Now called “Rewards” - filter is on the map and event lists for this
Map
• Automatic detection if a user has a low number of matches and prompting them to enable “expanded matching”
• Filter “People”, “Events”, “Rewards” at the top of the map

• This whole section is new
• Added the ability to bookmark events / rewards
Contextual Likes
• Previous app could send a like with a message. Now the app lets users like specific photos or sections of another persons profile. When these are received the app shows you what the other user liked on your profile and what they said.
