Its such a pity that a comprehensive app like this gets such bad reviews. Which makes it seem like the quality of content is bad. More money should have been spent on app developers. It doesnt functional the pause and done button. The night sessions dont know if youve completed it. Its simple and easy to navigate with great content but the usability of the app is terrible so I wouldnt buy his other app cause of this experience.

Ich kenne Paul McKenna seit ca. 2 Jahren und habe eine Weile seine Methode zur Gewichtsabnahme befolgt. Mit Erfolg. Irgendwann habe ich es nicht mehr beibehalten und bin in alte Muster zurückgefallen. Ich habe sein Buch "ich mach dich schlank" inkl. CD. Jetzt probiere ich diese App mal und Update meine Bewertung nach einer Testphase. Ich bin mal gespannt was die App so kann.

Very effective!
This is a great supplement to Pauls book and CDs. Works great on my phone. Only disappointment was how the program just repeats the exact same messages after the first week. It treats you like youve just begun the program after the 7th day. Love the hypnotic trance at night. Better version than on the CD. I have used this app for 6 weeks in a row and have lost over 15 lbs. Thanks Paul! Great system!
Very Disappointed!
Im pretty annoyed that I bought $10 app but none of the videos play! (On a new 6s+, not an old phone). They just stop 15 seconds in.
No Sound
Theyre right no sound. I have sound for the hypnotic session but not the daily sessions. Im pretty verse with an iPhone 5, its not as easy as my mute button like apps support suggestions. Please fix in an update or provide better support. Great idea though, Ive read the book and would love for this app to work but as it is is a waste of seven bucks.
Helpful, but...
...not as helpful as it should be because the video sessions have no sound. Its not an inexpensive app so I hope this is fixed soon.
