Instructions to use:-
1. Tap the plus sign image on the left bottom corner to open your photo library
2. Select the desired picture
3. Adjust the blur by moving the Slider
4. Move and re-size your picture to focus the image. Hold the image in place and tap the Upload image on the right bottom corner
5. Select the Save Image option in the next screen to save the focused image in the library

To add it as wallpaper:-
1. Go to device Settings
2. Tap Wallpaper
3. Tap Camera Roll
4. Find the saved wallpaper
5. Tap Set and select an option
