Boost your memory, focus and brain speed with only 20 minutes brain training per day.
Fluid intelligence is the capacity to think abstractly and to reason quickly. People who have a high level of fluid intelligence tend to be good at problem solving and out-of-the-box thinking.
Unfortunately, fluid abilities tend to decline during late adulthood. For many years, it was believed that general memory ability cant be improved. However, recent studies(*) show that regular "dual n-back" brain games, like iBrain, can actually enhance fluid intelligence and reduce memory loss.
In iBrain the player has to concentrate on two events at the same time. The dual n-back memory training consists of memorizing a sequence of spoken numbers and a sequence of positions of a square at once. The task requires to report whenever a number or the location of the square matches the one that appeared in earlier trials.
iBrain will improve concentration and attention and thereby help reduce the symptoms of ADHD.

Definitely THE n-back app!

Это программа для тренировки своей ВОЛИ, которую все мы считаем наличной вещью в нас. Однако на самом деле - ВОЛИ у нас нет, так как для ВОЛИ нужна почва, место, где она находится. Место ВОЛИ - это внимание. Пройдя много тренингов, медитаций, в том числе в Индии, Китае, могу с уверенностью сказать именно об этом, о том, что эта программа расширяет поле, на котором растёт ВОЛЯ=ПОНИМАНИЕ. Но самое главное, что эта программа имеет практическое значение для жизни. Благодаря ей, используя термины Георгия Гурджиева, его 4-го Пути, можно сказать, что пролагается дорога к Высшим Центрам человека, к Высшим состояниям Сознания. Из практики использования - чем выше уровень игрока, тем выше эффективность в жизни. Огромное спасибо разработчикам. Я бы добавил к статистике еще местоположение и время игры с той целью чтобы следить за успехами относительно этих параметров. Так, с утра, до обеда и после ужина, у меня получались очень хорошие результаты. Удачи всем развивающимся!!!
Update!
Latest version of this app is broken! Had to restore previous. Please update your app for ios 7 and make an ipad version, its really not that difficult to do. Layout is screwed up on ios 7. Other then that the app meets all my needs.
Flawless
This app does two things: 1) lets you play the standard version of dual n-back. 2) displays graphs charting your progress. It does both of these things very well. Other n-back apps are either non standard versions or they try to do too much. Dont let the language of the description fool you. The app will be in english.
Better than iqboost
Switched to this app after iqboost, which I considered perfect. The session length, graphics, options are just right.
Stopped working
Downloaded, played a couple if times, liked it. Went back to play a few hours later, and the sound did not work, and it would not let you push button when you needed to . Terrible.
Junk app
Why launch an app that doesnt work and charge for it? No sound for an app that relies on sound to use. This is a poor strategy in general.
