Decent Video App
The first week offers video and still images of the exercises. Good for reference to form and set-up. This would be 100% better if it logged your progress. Looking forward to updates.

Great App for Bowflex Beginners
This app really helped me get started with my bowflex. The pics in the bowflex manual werent always clear, but having this app with all the exercises in video form made it really easy to know I was doing the exercises properly! Great job guys, and I cant wait for your calorie counter!!
