Designed with simplicity in mind, iLab: Quick Timer provides an easy solution for your timing needs!
Harnessing the simplicity found in physical laboratory timers, iLab: Quick Timer brings accurate, simple, and easy timing to the iPhone.
Three different presets can be defined allowing one to start timing with just the simple push of a button.
iLab: Quick Timer is great for quickly timing events whose times had to be typed in repeatedly. iLab: Quick Timer also allows for counting up.
The timer can:
- Count up continuously or count down from a set time
- Repeat (if desired) once or until cancelled
- Have an individual alert sound
- Disable the iPad sleep / lock setting*
With iOS4, iLab: Quick Timer can alert you when your timer has expired even after quitting the program!
iLab: Quick Timer is perfect not only for laboratory timing needs, but has also a variety of other uses such as timing practice for speeches, timing tests, and exercise programs... your imagination is the limit!
*Using this setting will drain the iPad battery at a faster than usual rate as it disables the sleep timer, causing the iPad screen to remain on constantly until disabled. This setting is enabled by clicking the lightbulb icon on the bottom toolbar. It is disabled by again clicking the lightbulb icon.
