Aber bitte ganz schnell die Suchfunktion auch für Grundstücke nachrüsten!

Super App! So finde ich schnell eine Wohnung!
Gute Idee aber nicht perfekt.
Zunächst muss man sich fragen, warum Immoscout nicht selbst eine Push-Benachrichtigung in ihre App integrieren kann!? Leider kann man die Benachrichtigung für Grundstücke nicht aktivieren. Ein Stern Abzug dafür. Warum sind in Immoscout neue Immobilien drin und ich bekomm keine Info!? Ich dachte genau dafür gibt man 79 Cent aus! Funktioniert leider nur bei 80% der Anzeigen. Zwei Sterne Abzug dafür! Warum werden mir zwei oder drei neue Angebote als Push angezeigt, tatsächlich ist aber nur ein neues Angebot drin! Kein Sternabzug, da man die Info ja trotzdem bekommt.

Die app. tut so, als seien keine Suchaufträge vorhanden, was jedoch der Fall ist. ImmoScout pusht jedenfalls zuverlässig, während diese app. schweigt und gar nichts tut.
Spitze! Funktioniert perekt.
Endlich: Aktuellste Immo-Angebote vom Anbieter aufs Display: gucken, anrufen, hingehen,entscheiden - und wenns passt, einziehen. Nützlich jetzt für die akute Wohnungssuche. Aber langfristig nutzbar auch für die Beobachtung des Immo-Marktes in ausgewählten Zielgebieten - für Wohnungsträume in Salzburg oder in der Uckermark.
Läuft leider nicht immer
Gekauft, um den Tick schneller bei Wohnungsangeboten zu sein, als manch andere. Leider bekomme ich zu ca. 40% die Push-Meldungen erst nach den Mails in ImmoScout, zu ca. 20% sogar gar nicht. In der Theorie super, praktisch leider den Kaufbetrag nicht wert
