This app is free to download; you will be able to search both IMO® Problem (IT) diagnosis and IMO® Procedure(IT) procedure databases, and IMO® Problem (IT) diagnosis terms will include all relevant ICD-9-CM information.
The subscription version of this app supports the following billable codes:
* ICD-9-CM
* ICD-10 (CM, CA, WHO)
* SNOMED CT®
* MeSH
* UMLS
* HCPCS
* ICD-9-CM Procedure Vol. III
* CPT® codes (coming soon!)
IMO® Problem (IT) naturally provides clinicians the language necessary to capture their care intent in clinical terms, while also providing the best billable ICD-9-CM and ICD-10-CM codes. IMO® Problem (IT) solves the complication of forcing clinicians to remember and use the often awkward and cumbersome billing dictionaries of ICD-9-CM or ICD-10-CM coding language when documenting in clinical situations.

Nice Look Up
The IMO app is great for when I need to look up ICD-9 and CPT codes in my practice. What is really nice is that I can be more specific than what the ICD permits and tag it on my problem list so I can provide the most precise care for my patients. Not at ICD-10 yet, but I will be prepared with the IMO app!

I use this every day in the doctors office. Code are right on and i get the tests and procedures approved using this. Wont be without it.

This is an excellent ICD-9 coder. Much better at that than Epocrates because it lets you enter more than one search term ie leg pain. I use it constantly and so do others at my Clinic. Epocrates is very good for drug and their price.
