Best live app!
Lots still to do (punny, I know)
Search is beyond useless. When you search, then click on an item to view, then return to the search - the entire search is re-ordered. So you have to start over every time you return from viewing an item. Debilitating on large search sets. You cant hold click and save images. You cant zoom in on images. Has a lot to learn from other mobile auction apps. Also you cant sort searches and you cant do anything but the most primitive searches. This isnt new...please figure it out.
Fix the app
Can this app be fix???? Dont log me out every time I leave the app and every time I am on the search and look at an item and go back to he search it reloads and randomize all of the item so I loose track of what I have seen??? Please fix these its been more than a year like these and a lot of people complain!
Live Events constantly lose connections
Frustrating to have to rejoin live events manually when the app loses a connection. The issue could be bandwidth at the auction house. However rather than having to manually rejoin, often involving returned to a watched item first, is not good UX - the app should present an option so it would automatically re-establish the connection. When viewing a return category search the app will reload a page while you are scrolling at which point the items are re-randomized. This also is poor UX. When scrolling a returned list the user should be able to continue their review of items in the original retuned list order. Dont randomize this during the users session.
Cannot handle many bidders
In the middle of auctions it just freezes. Bad technology, given all the $$$ people spend on auction items.
Full of scammers
Buyer beware...this is FULL of scammers (most of which have a F or lower with the BBB). There is no vetting of the companies selling items. Plus the app constantly loses its connection and cant handle much traffic. Very sketchy all around.
Impressive
Great app! Easy to use to browse and register for auctions. Live bidding is straightforward, probably better than using my laptop.
