iSkinny is an invaluable weight loss tool. No matter how you choose to achieve your goal, iSkinny will make the journey easier, more efficient and a lot more interesting. Easy to use menus allow you to track your weight loss and your daily intake of food. You can change it to suit your particular journey with different units for weight, daily intake etc. Anyone who is monitoring their weight knows it’s not just about the food, excercise is just as important. iSkinny allows you to track your exercise and take it into account in your daily statistics.

iSkinny is extremely easy to use. It keeps note of how many units (this will depend on your settings, for example calories) you are allowed a day and deducts from this, letting you see how you are going throughout the day rather than realising at the end that you have overdone it! Another great feature is the favourites section. Most people, especially those who are trying to lose weight, have a number of core foods that they will tend to have every day, or a few times a week. You add these to the favourites menu and can add it to your day in one click, avoiding retyping it every day.

Seeing your weight loss to date gives you the incentive to continue with it. Having iSkinny on your iPod or iPhone will give you the control and simplicity required to make you weight loss a success.

Ok...

...But, there is no scanner, no food database, and no way to figure out daily points when you start losing the weight. I love the look of it, but thats the extent of what I like.

Ok

Wish there was a way to quickly bank points and if you go over in daily points, auto deduct from weekly. Also, if you choose more than 1 in portion size, it does not reflect that for the visual fruit, protein, etc icons. I do like the favorites menu option. Makes it fast to journal.

Hard to get around

I was hoping to find an app that compared to the app I had in my droid, bit this isnt near as good. I was part of WW for years and just like to have a tracker on my phone I stead I having I carry something around this app is hat to get around and it needs to be simplified, debating of I am going to keep it or not.

Need help..

Cant figure out how to add excersie to app... Can any one help me? Otherwise I think Im going to love this app.. This is my first day!

Disappointed

I only had this app for a few days and was loving it...until the favorite button kicked me out of the app :( And disappointed that the makers of this app hasnt answered my emails.

Pratique

Bien pratique malgré un bug de calcul de temps en temps.

Flexible

Canadian Food Guide quasi compatible: needs 5 more fruits/vegetables and needs 10 cereals and 3 fat and then, Ill change it to 5 stars rating!!! Definitely workable as is. Obviously compatible with other point/calories systems.
