Not bad but...
About 25 or 30 supposedly Italian dishes. Recipes are well laid out and easy to follow. App is a bit heavy on risottoes. Why not just do a risotto overview and then say, "here are a bunch of ingredients and preparations you can add to a basic risotto"? Im also somewhat skeptical of this being authentic Italian cuisine, especially when Batali and other Italians chefs always seem to emphasize the simplicity of Italian cooking and its focus on dishes with just a few ingredients. Also I thoroughly doubt that meatball stroganoff is really Italian. Still not a bad little app, especially for free but i also should point out that I havent actually tried any of the recipes yet.
