J-WESTQuick! is an official JR-WEST app that lets you quickly access the login screen of JR-WEST’s e5489 service and JR-WEST’s My Dia timetable and fare search service.
By signing up for a J-WEST ID, when you access the e5489 login screen via J-WESTQuick!, the app will automatically remember your J-WEST ID. This eliminates the need to enter your J-WEST ID every time you log in, making the reservations procedure more convenient than ever.
*It is possible to use the app even if you have not signed up for a J-WEST ID.

なかなかいい。
初めてでもわりと簡単に予約購入までいけました。隙間時間にできるのはいいですね。好きな座席を選べる機能が、もう少しわかりやすい位置にあった方がいいかな、と思いました。

インストールの意味はほぼ無い
J-WEST IDを記録するだけでe5489の利用は結局Safariにリダイレクトしてログイン画面に飛ばされるだけなのでインストールの意味はほぼないと思われる。 by iOS 7.0.2

マイダイヤ検索の時、Safariで開かなかったらもっといいですねー。
難し過ぎる
カードの登録、クレジットカードの登録、EX予約の登録等難し過ぎて私には使いこなせませんパスワードも沢山作らなくてはならずいったいどうやれば何が開き何が登録出来るのかせっかくスマホで予約から支払いまで全て出来ると思ったのにこのままでは窓口か券売機で買わねばならず何のためにカードを作ったのやら意味が無いです。

他の人がかいてる通り、結局Safariに飛ばされるうえにちゃんと開けない。 意味なかった。
