“Japanese Grammar Dictionary: Basic” is meant to be a Japanese grammar quick reference list, with grammatical structures meanings and examples. It should be used from learners while studying or “on the go”, every time they got a doubt or need to know what a certain grammatical structure means or how it gets constructed in Japanese.

JGD: Basic is aimed to help Japanese language students providing them with a simple way to get the information about some grammar sooner and wherever they need it!
In fact, JGD Basic is inspired by the amazing A Dictionary of Basic Japanese Grammar (Seiichi Makino and Michio Tsutsui). Still, it is not meant to substitute A Dictionary of Basic Japanese Grammar. I highly recommend buying A Dictionary of Basic Japanese Grammar in order to have a much deeper explanation of the grammatical structure presented in this App. JGD Basic is meant to be just a tool for common situations in which learners don’t have that book at hand (= most of the times).

- Quick access to all the Japanese Basic Grammar (more than 200 entries!)
- Quick search from Japanese or English (writing both in kana or romaji)
- Create a list of favorite entries
- Quick access to the most important Japanese grammar topics
- Examples and Related Expressions for each entry;
- Share grammar by copying it to the clipboard or sending it via email

Some items in the Favorites panel still dont open properly. It will be fixed as soon as possible.
