This app seems to work okay for westbound travel up to departure time. It tells you to change the time to the new time zone then. After that it provides nonsense. For example: 11:00 PM - Wake up 2:00 PM - Go to bed 3 to 6 PM - exposé yourself to bright light 6 to 9 PM - seek dark 11 PM to 9 PM - take a 1 hr nap Review above was in 2012. I thought there may have been improvements but not the case. For example I am presently in Europe with a noon flight home to N America: the app is telling me to go to bed at 11AM on the day of my flight!

Fabulous
A must for every international traveler.
Great app
Great app. Not too complicated. Well designed to serve it purpose.
Great integration! Goodbye jetlag!!
I love how the schedule is clearly defined and integrates with other iPhone features. Id like a bit more editorial of why the recommendations are being given - maybe a summary of the science behind the app in an "about jetlag" section?
Good for traveling to only one time zone difference
For the true jet set, it would be helpful to have the option to enter multiple destinations in multiple time zones. Otherwise easy to use and to stay organized.
Plain nonsense
I was so excited about this app. I fly across different timezones all the time and have a big problem with the jetlag. The idea to have a nap /sleep /melatonin schedule is a fantastic one. When I put in my first trip where I am flying from EST to PST. the app tells me in the three days before, to wake up and go to bed every day an hour earlier! But I am flying west!!! Then once I get there Im supposed to wake up at 11am and go to bed at 3am. What working persons schedule can accommodate that? Never mind the mistake again that I should be waking up earlier when I am there, not later!! So besides it giving the wrong sleep/wake times it also doesnt let you configure your schedule into the timing of your sleep/ naps. Also, I am only staying on PST for 2 days an then have to go to Italy. There is no option to consider the length of your trip and that you might have to go back to the opposite timezones within 2 days... In short this app is a waste of $$ and plain nonsense.
Rip off
Unless you are totally clueless about jetlag, this app is a joke. It collects too limited information to be of any real use, for example telling you to go to bed or wake up at hours that do not match with real life needs. Unless they upgrade to something more personalizable, save your $2.99 for something else.
