Description
Join2ship an application to track the transport in real time and facilitate information exchanges between shippers and carriers.
By scanning the order of transport, the carrier has access to the deliveries affected to him, informs the shipper of the delivery status - dlivered or not.
If the delivery meets a difficulty, a list of incidents is predefined, the driver clicks the corresponding status to warn automatically the contractor or the addressee, send a picture if necessary. This real time information feedback allows the shipper to be more proactive and to bring a better service to his clients
For transport companies, the drivers dont need any more to return to their company, they connect directly via the application Join2ship to accept or not the delivery transmitted by the shipper. This fast access to the information brings a real time for the carrier.
