Not much there
Not very useful unless all you want is to identify button locations and look up camera terms. No help at all in how to use the buttons.
D3000 crashes
After waiting for the D3000 app, I was somewhat disappointed. It crashed on the first go-round.

I would avoid buying this app because hes selling this app when you can go to his website and get the same info for free. I love your website as you give the best reviews but add some exclusive content, or give me my money back. Its times like these I wish Apple included a trial download so you can check out the content before purchasing.

This app is awesome. It is very informative, easy to use and it beats carrying the actual paper guide around. Who has time to flip through pages when I can pull out my phone and go right to the section I need in seconds?! I have not experienced any issues/crashing with this app. I can read a guide from cover to cover and still not remember what means what or which setting is best for a certain shooting situation. Yes, I can find this information online for free, however, this app allows me to have this information right at my fingertips. Mr. Rockwell explains each setting, how to get to the setting within the camera and what settings he uses. As an amateur, I find this advice most welcoming and as I learn, I can switch settings to those that may be better suited for my use. Overall, I am happy with this app. Mr. Rockwell provides a wealth of information in a well-executed app that is easily accessible and most definitely worth the $4.99.
