The “Company” represents Chillar Payment Solutions Pvt Ltd, which owns and runs ‘Khulja Sim Sim.
ELIGIBILITY
• You must be at least 12 years of age to access or use our services.If your are under 12 years of age ,you may only access or use our services under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by below terms & conditions.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
• Join the game on time, even if you are late by a second you will not be able to participate.
• Tap your answer within 10 seconds.
• If you answer all the questions correctly, you will get a life.
• You may earn more lives by sharing Khulja Sim Sim with friends & family by clicking the share option and using WhatsApp or other messengers.
• You can use only 1 life in a game.
• If you have given an incorrect answer/ not answered within 10 seconds, a life will automatically be used.
• Using life will be considered as a correct answer tapped at the last moment.
• Users tapping correct answers as fast as possible will stand a high chance of winning maximum points and gifts in turn.
• Point calculation works on the computer based algorithms.
• Each correct answer will get 10 points.
• Time based points: One point lapsed for every lapsed second.
* For Eg: When user taps the right answer at the 7th second, user lapsed 7 seconds and will get 3 points for the same. (However in the first three seconds nobody will be able to score points as the maximum achievable points for time is 7 . This is to avoid any advantage to faster connections over slower connections)
• User who answer all the 10 questions correct (with or with out using life) will earn 100 points extra and will stand a high chance to win the gift.
• User’s mobile phone performance will play a vital role in winning the game.
• When 2 or more users share the same game point, the winner will be chosen based on a stratified random sampling algorithm.
• Strong internet connection will help you returning your answers quickly which will earn you better score.
• Very Poor internet connectivity may be one of the reasons for you to get eliminated from the game.
• The Winners will be announced on the same day through the app.
• The prize will not be taken back or exchanged by the company.
• The company’s staff and/ their close friends and immediate relatives cannot claim gifts even if they have won the quiz.
• The internet connectivity and / or any related charges are the sole responsibility of the player and the company cannot be held responsible.
• The terms/rules of the game might change, which will be updated in the app from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for updates.
• Chillar does collect your personal information for a variety of regulatory and business purposes. These include, but are not limited to,
* Verify your identity.
* Respond to your claims for gifts.
* Perform market analysis, market research, business and operational analysis.
* Provide, maintain and improve our products and services.
• Decision of the company will be final with respect to all aspects of the Quiz.
• Pls provide the name & address matching to your ID proof & Bank Records, You will have to produce the original ID proof at the time of collecting the gift. (ID proof can be any of the following: Voters ID Card, Aadhar Card, Passport, Driving Licence).
• During the game, if the user tries to switch the the mobile application or receives a phone call, the data network may get interrupted and the user will be terminated from that game session.
• The Terms are concluded between Khulja Sim Sim and you only, and not with Apple, and, as between Apple and us, We are solely responsible for the App and the content thereof.
