Most stupid developed app I have ever seen...difficult to use..not friendly at all..I don't buy digital coupons stuff because of that stupid app...
App doesn't display wholly on my phone anymore-cant use it with easy while walking and shopping-the app has to many segmented sections, which have to be enlarged and moved inorder to see your products. Finding the coupons I wish to use, has become nearly impossible. My time is very valuable, so the more time it takes for me to purchase my actual list, the less I spend looking at specials and impulse products. You have greatly lessened my bill due to the difficulty of using your new format.
This was a wonderful app that worked well and always saved me money with digital coupons. Now I find it will no longer work on my iphone 6 as it requires ios 13.0 or higher and the iphone 6 stopped updating at ios 12. Sure hate losing Kroger but no way to make it work so I will delete it from my phone. Sad.
Love Kroger but cannot use the app. It won’t update on my iPhone 6 because limited to less than 13.0 software. Are you helping fix this problem?
I have older I phone cannot update to 13.0. Going shopping somewhere else. Good luck Kroger!
Not happy that Kroger app requires IOS 13. Why can't you make it compatible with earlier versions?
