If you already work with a personal trainer or fitness professional please select their name and location from the drop down menu when you register for the first time. Each trainer will be able to personally monitor your progress and send you a personalize weight loss idea based on your current progress.
Select the option “I do not have a trainer,” only if you do not work with a fitness coach. It will allow you to customize your own workout location, add your friends or family as a workout buddy but a trainer will NOT be able to connect with you.
