Excellente application
Eigentlich gut
Für 5€ sind aber zu viele Fehler drin. Manchmal sagt die Stimme, die einem die Vokabeln vorliest was komplett anderes als dort geschrieben steht oder sie vertauscht die Vokale usw. Was ebenfalls nicht gut durchdacht ist, ist dass Arm und Hand das hleiche bedeutet und man in dem sogenannten "Spiel" nur auf gut Glück raten kann was denn gemeint ist, wenn beide Möglichkeiten gegeben sind. Außerdem sind Fehler eingebaut, die man nicht bemerken würde, wenn man sixh nicht auch noch anderweitig mit der Sprache auseinander setzt. So heißt Schuh z.B. nicht viatu, wie es das Programm vorgibt, sondern kiatu. viatu ist die dazugehörige Mehezahl also SchuhE. Zudem wird dem Lernenden vermittelt, dass die Tomate sowohl zum Obst als auch zum Gemüse gehört (außerdem wird es in beiden Kategorien falsch geschrieben) Wenn man eigene Vokabeln eingibt und die Fehler von einem "Profi" korigieren lässt kann es aber durchaus hilfreich sein.
Nice pictures - too bad they dont actually match the words
There is nowhere near enough words to even approach being useful. There are a handful of groups with 10 words for each group (e.g., the group "In the City" has 10 items - two of which are "elementary school" and "high school" - apparently, there isnt much else going on in the city). The best part of the program is that it uses pictures. The only problem is that the pictures dont match the words (e.g., view a majestic photo of a deer, flip the card, and it says "sungura", which, in English, is "rabbit"). I have close to 100 apps on my iphone. This, by far, was the biggest waste of money.
Its great!, but.....
Very helpful, but it told me that a deer was a rabbit and an apricot was fruit juice. Other than that, its really helpful.
