This app only supports GDC64 accessories with the firmware -0050 or earlier.
For GDC64 versions -0050 and below use this "Legacy GDC64Wx" App
For GDC64 versions -006A and above use this "GDC64Wx" App
The GDC64 Wx application provides a visual display of certain weather characteristics in the U.S. and Canada when using a GDC64 TAIU with an appropriate Heads Up XM weather receiver.
Current displays include U.S. Radar, Canada Radar, Strikes, Shear, Tops and Satellite imagery.
The App also allows for last known aircraft position display on the map. User can zoom and pan to display desired map contents.
The application tracks your position while the app is in the background. Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.
This Application is for informational purposes only and should not be used for navigational purposes.
