Cant get past the log in screen. It let me once then crashed. Now it just keeps asking for log in info.

Cannot get past the login screen. Im assuming the login info is the same required for login on my back office.

I was surprised to find out my login info from my back office did not work . So I was unable to gain access to this app.
Cant use it
Signed in used it. Signed out. Cant sign back in. I know what my password and user name are and its not working. Keep getting an error. Waste of money.
