Description
Look Out for Your Mates is a free Safety application created by McNab Constructions Australia to easily identify Near Miss and Hazard incidents on construction sites.
The application sends an email for identified Near Miss and Hazards to two email addresses detailed in the QR Scan used within the Site Induction section.
A Static QR code can be created using the format: Emergency-“Emergency Phone”,Site-“Site Name”,PEmail-“Primary / Site Email Address”,SEmail-“Secondary / Safety Email address”
E.g. – Emergency-55555555,Site-McNab.Towers,[email protected],[email protected]
The application is simple to use, though requires a Site Induction to be complete before the Injury on Site, Near Miss & Hazard sections are enabled. For first use following the below steps:
Step 1 - Enter personal details
Step 2 - Perform site induction, scanning a QR Code in the above format
Step 3 - Application is now fully configured and all sections are available.
