Notlösung mehr nicht!
der Preis i.H.v 89,- € ist definitiv nicht gerechtfertigt, da es sich bei Luminair lediglich um ein besseres Dimmerpult mit Colorpicker und Effektgenerator handelt. Vieles ist nur über Umwege zu erreichen, sodass die App zwar für Quick & Dirty Geschichten zu gebrauchen ist sobald der Anspruch jedoch gehobener wird, Luminair versagt. Negativ sind mir folgende Dinge aufgefallen: - Szenen / Cues sind nicht dimmbar (also mal eben schnell dunkler... no chance) - Masterdimmer dimmt auch alle LTP Kanäle (hier fragt man sich ob die Entwickler jemals die Möglichkeit hatten mit ernsthafter Hardware zu arbeiten. - Auswahl der Fixtures erfordert unnötig viele Klicks und ist sehr nervig - keine Möglichkeit, fertige Szenen vor versehentlichen Änderungen zu schützen einmal einen Fader bewegt und schwupps fertige Szene geändert... wenn man da nicht aufpasst... - Effektgenerator ist aktuell nichts weiter als eine Spielerei, da es auch hier wieder ewig dauert, einen Effekt zu starten / stoppen ohne nicht gleich wieder einen komplett neuen Cue zu erstellen. - Bei so einem Flickwerk von Software erwarte ich wenigstens eine Community oder ordentlichen Support... auch hier gibt’s auf der Herstellerwebsite nur einen sehr lückenhaften FAQ und generell nur bruchstückhafte Infos. Positiv: - Steuerung einzelner DMX Kanäle bzw. Dimmer geht flüssig und zügig - für wirklich simple Sache anstelle eines Dimmerpultes zu empfehlen allerdings nicht zu dem Preis. immerhin werden 259,- inkl. ArtNet Node nötig wofür ich bereits deutlich professionellere Lösungen haben kann (Cuety z.B.)
Great DMX app
Easy to use and powerful. Regular updates. Using it with ~25 fixtures; had a board that could handle 8/16 fixtures and decided to give a software-based option a try. Success! Support is very responsive.
Sehr empfehlenswert
Ich nutze Luminair 3 und bin sehr zufrieden. Eine deutsche Bedingungsanleitung wäre noch gewünscht . Fixtures einfach anzulegen, Weiter so... Die Gruppierung von Geräten müsste noch einfacher gestalten werden. Ansonsten super App.

Fazit: Ich liebe es! Luminair mit Pro Bundle ist für Bühnen einwandfrei verwendbar. Zudem läßt Art-Net das letzte DMX-Signal stehen, auch wenn das iPad aus dem Wlan genommen wird. Zwei iPads gleichzeitig verwenden geht nicht, aber nach einander schon. Die nutzbaren Funktionen sind sehr umfangreich. Das neue Updat hat gute Verbesserungen gebracht. Die Fader und Taster reagieren gefühlt in Echtzeit. Aus meiner Sicht ist Luminair in der Entwicklung schon weit, hat durch die Thematik aber auch unendlich viel Potential für Erweiterungen. Was mich stört, ist die fehlende Bedienungsanleitung in deutsch. Dies reicht aber nicht mehr, um einen Stern abzuziehen. Deshalb jetzt 5 Holzbergersterne. Vielen Dank für das tolle und für mich sehr nützliche App. Bitte immer weiter entwickeln. Liebe Leser und Nutzer von Luminair, bitte schreibt unbedingt Bewertungen. Disappointed
I am very disappointed with the way I heave been treated by Luminair developers. I bought software year ago and now after iOS upgrade I had to buy it again . Really unfair I paid 160 Euro for app that costs 80.
