يقدم فريق شركة مطورو المعرفة في وادي الرياض للتقنية بجامعة الملك سعود تطبيق Majalis K-Devs لإدارة المجالس والاجتماعات بشكل الكتروني، حيث يوفر لجميع مستخدمي أجهزة الأيفون حول العالم وسيلة للتواصل الاجتماعي على هيئة مجالس تابعة للجهات المسجلة في نظام مجالس الالكتروني، وفي كل مجلس مجموعة من الاجتماعات يتم تحديدها وجدولتها وإدارتها في نفس النظام. ويوفر التطبيق الخدمات التالية:
- تسجيل الدخول بعد تحديد جهة العميل التي يريد التواصل مع مجالسها.
- الاطلاع على المجالس والاجتماعات التي تم دعوته إليها
- الاطلاع على أجندة الاجتماعات للشهر والأسبوع واليوم ومعرفة تفاصيلها وحالتها.
- حضور الاجتماع ومعرفة مواضيع المناقشة والمشاركة فيها من خلال مقترحات التصويت والتعليقات والتواصل مع الأعضاء.
- الاطلاع على مسودة الاجتماع والموافقة على اعتمادها او طلب تعديلها مع ملاحظات.
- ارسال التوقيع الشخصي على محضر الاجتماع.
- الاطلاع على إحصائيات تفاعله مع كل مجلس.
Majalis K-Devs app is brought by Knowledge Developers team at Riyadh Valley for Technologies in KSU (King Saud University) to all of the iPhone users around the world as a social communication platform in the form of Councils, those councils relate to a pre-defined organization. Each council has a group of managed and scheduled meetings. The user can benefit from the app as follows:
- Login after define the organization.
- Know which councils and meetings he is invited to.
- See the Calendar of meetings detailed in month, week, and day sections.
- Attend the meetings and participate in the discussion of the subjects by voting – when available - and submitting his comments on any subject.
- Read the MoM and approve it or send a note to be edited.
- Send his personal signature on the MoM.
- Know about the statistics of his interaction with each council.
