MaydayNotes is an app dedicated to anyone going through rough times, especially to teenagers experiencing feelings which are hard to manage and may produce self-destructive behaviour.
Just like answering a mayday message in a bottle, every note in this app is here to help you cope with the difficult situation you are in. What’s even better is that you can add, edit, or delete your own solution.
MaydayNotes will help you deal with various crisis situations by providing you with a collection of coping suggestions suitable for the specific negative feeling which is being experienced, whether the distress is about feeling angry, numb, sad, anxious, overwhelmed, or guilty.
The app comes with predefined suggestions for each mood and also offers the possibility of adding, deleting or editing your own suggestions for each mood, so you can personalise this helpful collection of virtual notes which is always at reach by being stored in your phone.
Simply select the experienced mood and you can see the mayday notes containing suggestions to help you cope!
