This is the coolest free app Ive ever seen! Ive completed my first year of the Med Lab program in Ontario and its so fun to test what Ive learned on mock patient results to practice seeing which results are out of range and what is possibly causing the results obtained. When I go back for second year Ill be telling my class to install this app.

Designed for students in health professions (medical, nursing, allied health) learning to record and interpret medical lab values from Complete Blood Chemistry (CBC), Complete Metabolic Panel (CMP) and Arterial Blood Gas (ABG). You can see illustrations noting the basic parts of lab reports and short-hand figures, videos explaining general steps for interpreting labs, and exercises that present lab results and associated conditions. Be able to see if a lab value is normal, low/high, or critical.

Great App!
Excellent reference tool for normal lab values and what common lab tests mean. I also like the quiz portion of the app to test my knowledge. Overall, this is great for me as I am a nursing student, and I would recommend it for other nursing students.

Excellent tutor
Hi, I love this app. Glad you added the blood gases to it, as well. I tried to email you (cant find a link to submit notes to!). The pO2 and HCO3 links are reversed. When you click on one you get the other. Something for the next update. Great job, just hard to get in touch with IT.
