Son súper rápidos. Ya solo compro Mercado por Mercadoni por la diversidad de tiendas y el tiempo de entrega tan rápido!
Puntuales y responsables
Mercadoni te hace la vida más fácil, solo tienes que entrar, seleccionar que quieres comprar, como vas a pagarlo y a qué hora o día quieres que llegue. Si por alguna razón no encuentran el producto que necesitas, te llaman y preguntan qué deben hacer. Para mí es una aplicación fantástica y lo mejor de todo es que tienes muchas opciones para elegir. Sigan así chicos!
Pésimo servicio
No cumplen con los pedidos y dicen mentiras. No vale la pena
Pésimo
Quedaron de llegar a entregar el servicio a las 7:00 pm. Son casi las 10:00 pm y no han llegado. No hay nadie con quien contactarse. No lo vuelvo a usar
Mal servicio y sistema de cobros
Mi primer pedido se demoraron casi 4 horas en llegar cuando decían que ya la persona iba en camino. Adicional, mes y medio después de hacer el pedido me lo cobran en mi tarjeta nuevamente y sin avisar simplemente porque ellos no pudieron tramitar el pago en su momento, sin avisarme de lo que pasó ni de lo que iban a hacer. Servicio al cliente grosero, sin explicación coherente y sin pedir perdón
