TravAware™ integrates the user to their Merlin portal and authenticates them using their current Merlin™/TravAware™ login details.
TravAware™ allows the user to communicate with the right people quickly in an emergency situation, report salient information and also provide recipients with GPS coordinates of their location.
Incidents may include Kidnap & Ransom, Terrorist Incidents, Medical Emergency, Fire Emergency, Natural Disasters (Flood, Earthquake, Hurricane,)Pandemic Situations and many more.
TravAware™ comes with industry leading SOPs that are tried and tested and a directory of useful contact numbers. The application can be customised and tailored to meet your requirements and incorporate your existing company procedures.
