The MeteoNews application supplies detailed weather forecasts and current measurements for almost all locations in France and Switzerland as well as for all important locations world-wide.
Detailed winter sports reports for all ski resorts are available for France and Switzerland. In Switzerland, water temperatures for all lakes, rivers and open-air pools are additionally included and the water temperatures for all beaches worldwide are available.
The application contains weather video, a rainfall animation (a radar image in Switzerland, rainfall forecasts for France), the current satellite picture and numerous animated and non-animated webcams. The current weather and forecasts are shown on both a national map and diagrams of each individual station. Regional weather texts from our meteorologists are also available.
Numerous practical functions such as zoom-in on the maps, a personal Favourites list of frequently used locations and geo-localisation (iPhone) support and simplify use.

Application excellente, au graphisme soigné. Très complète.
Application intéressante
Assez bien faite quant aux informations quon ne retrouve pas ailleurs, comme lhistorique des mesures sur 24 heures. Dommage cependant que pour la France il y ait si peu de stations météo (pour les Alpes du sud par exemple, je ne trouve que Sélonnet, alors quil existe une station officielle a Embrun, plus représentative de la vallée de la Durance). Il est aussi parfois difficile de deviner de quelle lieu il sagit...par exemple, pour Paris, je trouve 2 points différents, mais on ne sait pas sil sagit dOrly, de Roissy, du Bourget car il est seulement indiqué "Paris" pour ces 2 endroits.
Fiable... Lorsque ça marche!
Pourquoi lappli ne fonctionne-t-elle plus? Sinon très bonne appli, très complète. Mais depuis aujourdhui, un seul message: météo news: "aucune donnée disponible" ou alors "connexion internet interrompue" ce qui nest pas vrai de mon côté. Je reverrai mon jugement quand ça fonctionnera!
