Inutilidade
O metrô do Rio tem uma péssima e simplificada malha, então não é complicado traçar uma rota. Só seguir em linha reta… não precisa de app para isso!

Uma linha pra la e outra pra ca. Caro demais, sempre atrasado. Será q o app avisara qual vagão ta com o ar quebrado, ou quando freara bruscamente do nada ou ainda quanto tempo ficara parado aguardando a normalização do trafego a frente?? Uma piada de mal gosto. Ao inves de app e propaganda que melhorar o serviço pessimo??
Sem função
Este app de nada adianta no dia-a-dia. Cadê o “Status do Metrô”? Cadê o “Relatar uma falha”? É uma rede muito pequena a ponto de necessitar um app para se locomover. O que falta é funcionalidade. Este app reflete o jeito que toda a equipe do setor de comunicação dessa concessionária trabalha, que é fatalmente, muito ineficiente.

Motivo?!
Pra que esse programa? Metade do trajeto das linhas passa no mesmo trajeto, que só há duas linhas! O metrô do Rio é um lixo, um lixo que só circula pela costa e não adentra para o subúrbio.
Sugestão
Uma time line com o status do serviço, pro usuario saber se pega o metro ou não. Apesar que o status de trens com atraso, super lotação e etc, não vai sair do topo. O metro rio é un desserviço pro carioca!!!
