The METTLE Performance APP gives every athlete the opportunity to take advantage of METTLE coaching & training. The APP is designed to help you stay motivated, informed and on top of the most up to date programming, drills and exercises in the industry. It helps you be more accountable for your day to day actions, activities and lifestyle choices. And, it allows you to connect directly to a METTLE coach who can track, train and transform your programming, no matter where you are in the world. The APP will track daily development metrics such as nutrition, hydration, sleep, stress, and recovery, monitor ongoing testing and training data to show development, improvement and adherence and be a direct communication portal to a METTLE coach to help guide you through the process.
The METTLE is not just a training tool, it is a tool to help guide your health, wellness and performance, and help you get better, every day.

· Daily On-line Health & Wellness Tracking Including: Body Awareness, Sleep, Nutrition & Hydration tracking, Mindset, and Recovery
· Online Strength & Conditioning: Prescribed, purposeful, workout programming designed built and delivered by your METTLE Coach.
· Data Collection: Workout and combine data recorded.
· Reporting: Team and individual reports are generated and archived within the system. There is Club, Team, and Individual reporting.
· Athlete Assessment/Combine testing: Teams can easily administer and record combines with step-by-step instruction and video support.
· Scheduling: Coaches administer team schedules which then auto-populate within athlete profiles.
· Nutrition: Advice from METTLE nutrition experts.
· Communication: Direct contact between every METTLE athlete and TWIST Coaches as well as a direct connection teams and organizations.
· Individual progress reports, Team and Club Reports
