- Mijn Indigo helpt u bij het opstellen en behalen van uw behandeldoelen.
- U kunt acties invoeren.
- U kunt herinneringen instellen voor uw acties.
- U kunt acties waarderen zodat u ziet welke acties helpen bij het verminderen van uw psychische klachten (tijdlijn).
- U kunt uw plannen delen met uw naasten.
De app kunt u ook na uw behandeling blijven gebruiken. Op deze manier hebt u altijd uw eigen behandelplan bij de hand!
