Need a quick, easy way to fit exercise into your busy day? Minute Moves is the answer! This app provides exercises to help give you a short break during the day to reenergize.
Minute Moves provides a selection of 50 exercises (with descriptions), and a timer.
This app was designed by a teacher to give her students periodic exercise breaks, but she found that it could be a perfect complement to anyone’s exercise routine. “I needed a list of simple exercises that required little space and no equipment, and thought, ‘There ought to be an app for that.’ Most of the exercises I’ve done inside my classroom with my first graders.”
Though Minute Moves was conceived with children in mind, anyone can use it.
Modes:
Pick Move – choose from a list of 50 exercises
Random Move – an exercise is randomly selected
Multiple Moves – 4 exercises are randomly selected

Timer – select 15, 30, or 60 seconds
Play music from your own music library (no music is included)
