Es funktioniert - mit Glück und guten Lichtverhältnissen. Oft aber halt auch nicht. Allerdings ist der Trainingsstand in meinem Fall erst mit 10% ausgestattet - was sich trotz dauernder Benutzung offensichtlich auch nicht ändert. Jedenfalls bis jetzt. Insofern kommt es (noch?) viel zu oft vor, dass die App bockig agiert und meine Visage mitnichten wiedererkennt - obernervig. Daher ist Mobius insgesamt allenfalls eine nette Spielerei, denn eine echte Hilfe. Und ob die App evtl. andere Visagen für die Meine hält kann ich bis dato (noch) nicht beurteilen - mangels anderer Testvisagen. Wird die App in Zukunft zuverlässiger gibts auch mehr Punkte. Wobei drei Sterne aktuell eh schon mehr als großzügig sind.

Our first developer partner is App77 and their pwSafe app. Users can easily biometrically enable this app using Mobius. Purchasing Mobius once will allow the user to run it with all BIOMIDS partner apps.
We will list other partner apps that have been enabled using the MobiusEngine SDK as they come online. App developers interested in adding the MobiusEngine SDK for free to their apps can contact us at www.biomids.com.
Notes:
In order to use a partner app with Mobius, the app must first be registered. Here are the instructions for pwSafe (other partner apps would operate in a similar fashion):
1. Launch pwSafe.
2. Open your safe.
3. Tap the gear-like button on the bottom (and left, if on an iPad). If you cant see a gear-like button, then tap "Groups" on the top left to go back to the groups screen (iPhone).
4. Tap "Register with Mobius".
5. The Mobius facial recognition app will open. Follow the on-screen instructions to learn your face and register a fallback password.
6. When complete, control will switch back to pwSafe.
To test it, tap the padlock button on the bottom left to close your safe. Then, tap on it and, instead of entering your password, tap "Unlock with Mobius" and look at the camera. You want to blink or smile for Mobius to detect the image as a live face (in opposed to a photo).

Nachdem ich zunächst 5 Sterne ....
.... vergeben und eine begeisterte Rezension an dieser Stelle hinterlassen hatte, muss ich jetzt alles wieder zurücknehmen. Grund: Zum Spaß hat mein Kollege, der nun völlig anders aussieht als ich, MEINE BRILLE aufgesetzt, und in mein Mobius-Fenster geblinzelt und siehe da: mein Password-Safe hat sich problemlos offenbart. Ein Stern ist tatsächlich noch völlig überbewertet, denn diese App ist ein Sicherheitsrisiko! Edit: mittlerweile habe ich auf die neuste Version upgedatet. Das selbe Problem existiert immer noch. Möbius öffnet sich bei meiner Frau, die meine Brille aufgesetzt hat. Bin auch mit der Softwareschmiede im Austausch, die selbstverständlich das Problem schnellstens beheben möchte. Derzeit kann ich nur von einer Verwendung abraten.

Ive been using Mobius with PwSafe and DropBox and it seems to work pretty slick. Makes logging in to unlock my safes a lot easier and quicker. Hopefully this will prove to be reliable in the long run.
Can be a real time saver
I use this with pwsafe. It can be a real time saver opening the safes. Needs lighting that is similar to when you trained it in your face. Live checking low is basically a check that you blink. Overall I am happy with this app and would recommend it.
