Owners of MOBOTIX IP Video Door Stations and MOBOTIX IP Cameras can now use this app on their iPad, iPad mini, iPad Pro, iPhone or iPod touch. The user interface of the App automatically adjusts to the screen size of the terminal device. However, with newer versions of the iOS operating system, the activities of apps have generally been restricted in the so-called background mode so that a signal notification cannot be guaranteed even under ideal network conditions. Therefore, MOBOTIX AG recommends in general the use of a wired counter station such as the MxDisplay +. Größter Schrott diese App
Wir habe die Türsprechanlage von mobotix jetzt 2 Monate im Einsatz und ich muss sagen, dass ist schon Abzocke!!! Das einzige was sein Geld wert ist ist die Bildqualität der Kamera! Der Rest ist der größte Schrott! Klingelt nur wenn Sie Lust hat! Verbindung geht verloren! Teilweise kein Bild, keine Steuerung möglich! Und und und! Und das alles in dieser Highclass Preisklasse! Dieses System ist eine Frechheit! Soviel Kohle für eine schrottsoftware! Das geht gar nicht! Mal gespannt ob es hier mal ein Update gibt oder eine andere App! Echt traurig! Null Zuverlässigkeit der App!
Zu viele Fehler
Die App ist mit sehr viele Fehler 1. Player läuft nur selten 2. Bildaufbau viel zu langsam 3. Nur kleine Auflösungen möglich, höhere werden nicht dargestellt 4. Die Vor- und Rücklauf Funktion ist so klein das eine Bedienung fast unmöglich ist usw. Wenn ich 0 Sterne geben, könnte würde ich das tun.... Eine der schlechtesten APPs die ich kenne... Ich frage mich ob die Hersteller die APP schon mal selber probiert haben. Fazit: Kamera Super, APP Schei...
Teure Hardware - und die Software ist nur Schrott
Kann mich den vielen negativen Beitragen nur anschließen. Habe für über 1500€ eine Türstation T25 samt Zubehör gekauft und ständig Probleme damit. Bin in der IT Branche tätig und komme mit IT sonst ganz gut zurecht - aber was Mobotix an Konfigurations- und Überwachungssoftware abliefert, ist echt peinlich. Unterschiedliche Software und Web-Oberflächen die alle mit der Kamera sprechen, aber nicht 100% kompatibel sind und sich gegenseitig die Konfigurationen beinflussen/ zerschießen. Ein MxBus, der regelmäßig die Verbindung zum Kartenleser/Türsprecheinheit verliert. Dann bekommst du deine eigene Tür nicht mehr auf und es klingelt auch nicht mehr. Toller Türwächter! Diese iPad App reiht sich nahtlos in das negative Bild ein. Seit einem Softwareupdate auf der Kamera gibt es keine Verbindung mehr zur Kamera (wenn man aus Sicherheitsgründen nur HTTPS erlaubt). Auch die Alarmfunktion ist wie von anderen beschrieben ein Witz, denn die App muss dazu immer aktiv sein. Warum unterstützt sie nicht die vorgesehene Apple-Technologie Push-Nachrichten, um auf einen Event im Hintergrund zu reagieren? Resüme: Es kommt nicht auf die Anzahl der technischen Features an (Papierform), sonden auf deren Umsetzung, Zuverlässigkeit und Einfachheit in der Bedienung (wenige ist da mehr), und damit ist Mobotix bisher gnadenlos gescheitert. Vernünfige SW-Entwicklung (Prozesse) und ein SW-Usability-Experte täte dringend not. Firma aktuell nicht empfehlenswert!
Mit iOS 10 nicht zu gebrauchen
Seid dem Update iOS 10 nur Abstürze,push nur mit geöffneterapp,wird vom Mitbewerber deutlich besser gelöst Da muss dringend nachgebessert werden
Update überfällig!
Auch ein Stern ist zu viel! Das UI ist eine Katastrophe und die App ist nicht mehr zeitgemäß! Auf iOS 10 kommt außerdem sogar ein Hinweis, dass die App veraltet ist! Eine Zumutung! Kann man nur hoffen, dass es irgendwann ein Update geben wird...
