Делала себе 3 года назад лазерную коррекцию зрения. Врачи советовали систематически делать гимнастику для глаз, но с распечатанного листочка заниматься энтузиазма нет( А тут, скачала приложение и интернеснее намного делать зарядку для глаз. К тому же точно не забудешь, если приложение тебе само об этом будет напоминать)
Совсем недоработано
Нет таймера для упражнений, как в других аналогичных приложениях. В некоторых упражнениях не прописано, сколько их нужно делать, например, массаж. И конкретики нет... Водите пальцем, а по сколько раз, не сказано. И лучше бы анимация была наглядная
Приведем зрение в порядок!
Подобраны отличные упражнения, занимаюсь по ним уже несколько дней, напряжение глаз потихоньку уходит. Главное собраться и делать гимнастику систематически, а не от случая к случаю, тогда и результат будет. Спасибо за такую нужную и полезную программу!
Полезное приложение
Отличная напоминалочка для тех, кто много проводит времени перед экраном. Гимнастика, действительно, помогает расслабиться глазам. Приложение работает без глюков, батарею не тратит.
