Mom’s Egg Cooker helps you prepare the perfect breakfast egg. Just enter the size of the egg and the way you like your egg and start the timer. Mom’s Egg Cooker is nice to look at, easy to use and delivers excellent results.
We ran a series of tests to make sure that your eggs turn out perfectly using the egg cooker. We tried using different pots, eggs of different sizes and stoves.
It has proven to work with every stove and every kind of pot. Invite your family to join in the fun. Everybody gets their egg just the way they like it. You can prepare soft-boiled, medium-boiled, and hard-boiled eggs together in the same pot. This app will let you know when to take each egg out of the water.

Obviously, every one of us has a personal preference as to how we like our eggs cooked. For some people a medium-boiled egg has to cook for 7 minutes, for others 7,5 or 6,5 minutes. We tried to find timings that accommodate most people. Please let us know if you didn’t like the way your eggs turned out. Improving this app for you is very important to us. Making a pinprick in the rounded end of the eggshell
will keep the egg from cracking
- Start the egg cooker
For a perfect result, start the timer immediately after having lowered the egg into boiling water
- End the egg cooker
When the alarm goes off, take the egg out of the pot and hold the egg under cold running water immediately. That way you end the cooking process right away and the egg will not lose its softness.
- The size of the egg
The diameter of the egg is a very important factor in how the egg is going to turn out. If you want absolutely perfect results, you can use a caliper to measure the egg. For example, there are size L eggs that are rather longish. In this case, it’s possible that you get a better result if you cook it using the instructions for size M eggs. Obviously, this information is for eggsperts only. Generally, you can trust the information on the label of the package

Habe die neue App an meinem Frühstücksei getestet und ich muss sagen, absolut empfehlenswert. Das Handling ist einfach, die Grafik ist super gemacht und das Frühstücksei gelingt auch!!!

Darf bei meinem Frühstück nicht mehr fehlen! Einfach zum anwenden und Super cool gemacht! Jeder zeit weiter zu empfehlen!
Hübsche App, die tut was sie verspricht!
Schön gemachte, schnörkellose App, die genau das macht, was sie soll. Ich würde mir noch ein paar mehr Einstellmöglichkeiten wünschen, wie z.B. das Feintuning der Kochzeit oder die Auswahl von anderen Alarmtönen.
Das hätte Mutti nicht gewollt
An sich schön und einfach in der Bedienung. Leider stoppt der Timer wenn man in eine andere App wechselt und setzt wieder ein, wenn man sie wieder aufruft. Wenn man nicht aufpasst, wird das Ei daher steinhart. Nicht so dolle.

Funktioniert auf den Punkt, super Ergebnis. Dazu blitzschneller und freundlicher Support - was will man mehr? Danke!
