I was expecting to be able to calculate weekly, and accelerated weekly mortgages. There are online mortgage calculators that are better than this one. A waste of my money, something I was trying to save when I got this app

Where do you live…? No problem, our app covers the whole world. It will pick up your local currency and other settings.

Even though we have taken great care but the information is computer-generated and relies on certain assumptions. It has only been designed to give a useful general indication of costs. Equity owned percentage is based on Total Borrowing and not Total House price.
Its important you always get a specific quote from the lender. Lenders also limit on number of overpayments and amount you can pay in a calendar year. Always check your circumstances with you lender and double check.

this app will only calculate your payments on a monthly bases.
Mortgage Calculater
Easy to use and accurate. Will not let me use interest rates to 3 decimals (i.e. 3.375%), so I have to round up (e.g. 3.38%) which cuts down a little on the accuracy.
Great app
Great app. Does exactly what it says it does. Would mark it 5 stars if the app allowed the ability to add yearly one-time overpayments in addition to the monthly recurring overpayment.
