Ужасное приложение! Ничего не сходится, досрочный платеж нельзя рассчитать!

А таблица и график подтупливают-ну как может быть что при разнице в выплате в полтора раза сумма выплат и процентов за три года одинаковые при разных сроках ипотеки?

Не удобно использовать. Не пересчитывает ежемесячный платеж при досрочном погашении. В xl и проще и точнее
Дурь полная
Программа сделана неудачно. Пользоваться ей проблемно. Крайне неудачный интерфейс, мелкие шрифты, непонятно для кого она делалась. Это образец того, как не надо делать! Просто выброшенные деньги и нет возможности это "Г" вернуть авторам. В общем, разочарование за собственные деньги.
