Works well, allows all decimals for rate, key pad blocks taxes bottom but manageable. Simple wont allow placing payment and finding rate.

works and has all the key info. a tool like this 3 or 4 years ago could have helped peole avoid buying homes that they could never afford. simple and clean. as for the guy who siad to use a web site...why would you bother to when this is an ap?
Almost Great
This app works as promised, as mentioned in other reviews the bottom field is covered by the keypad but its not a huge deal. This app could be perfect with a little more polish.
Excellent, quick loan payment calculator.
This application is a simple payment calculator, with the ability to add in additional items (taxes/insurance) to calculate a monthly payment. It is not a "Full featured" financial loan analysis tool. You cannot add extra payments, it does not solve for interest rate, or loan amount. As other other reviewers have noted, you cannot see the last field when you are inputting the amount. Hopefully Jam-Mobile will update to address these issues. The reviewer who commented that the calculation is incorrect is mistaken. The total payments includes interest & taxes. Not just the loan principle & interest. For 99¢, this is worth it. I would give it more stars, but the feature set is very minimal and the covered input field is just sloppy programming.

Loan Amount is mislabeled. It should have been "Purchase Price" or if the "Loan Amount" is correcet, then it should have not asked for the "Down Payment". You can either not enter any down payment or enter the purchase price instead of the loan amount to get the correct calculations. Otherwise, it si nice. Looking ofrward to see income tax bracket taking the tax advantage calculations added so one can get a better picture...
Not very versatile
If you are looking for something that will calculate unknowns, like years to payoff or amount to be financed, this is not the program for you. It will only calculate the monthly payment. It will not calculate weekly payments, bi-monthly, etc. This should be free. Not even worth a dollar. Should have never downloaded it.
