******** How to use the app ********
No timer, its all about the reps and isometric (exercises with no movement calculated in seconds)
> Hit start on your chosen workout
> Perform your first superset = 2 exercises in a row with no rest
> tap on the circle to validate your first superset
> rest for a minute or 2
> repeat!..
*** Important ***
Please note that you will need access to a pair of rings to execute the workouts.
Skip to next set of exercises (superset) if you cant finish the one you are currently doing, your progress will be saved and the app will then only record what you actually did, which will give you an accurate score for the workout.
Score at least 80 to unlock more difficult workouts.

All workout programs, supersets and exercises with video are directly available. This means you can train and access all content even if there is no internet access.
******** Lightning quick Set up ********
The app works out of the box so you dont need to set up an account, all progress will be saved on your phone so your data is secure. We have prepared all the workouts for you and made 5 directly available.
