This app calculates the body mass index and states your body fat type.
It accepts both units systems; metric and imperial.
It helps people keep well informed about their weight
by stating the status of fat type.

It calculates Body Mass Index / BMI / for adults; men and women. Moreover, it states fat type in the body in light of the calculated Index; according to medical and sports categories that take into account age, weight and height which are entered as a required base; thus logical numeric data. However, be noted that the calculation does not take into account the density of muscles for intense bodybuilders, is inappropriate for pregnant women, and inappropriate for children and teenagers in the process of growth. Thus, calculations range limits are set for age: 18 years – 100 years, for weight: 30 kg / 66 lb – 200 kg / 440 lb, and for height: 150 cm / 5 ft – 230 cm / 7 ft 6 in. Kindly note that calculations will not be executed if any field does not comply with the limits of the above range.
