Once you have logged your current lifestyle behaviour you will immediately be able to see your future cancer risk and how you can reduce this with simple yet clear expert advice and guidance on a daily and weekly basis. This will enable you to track your lifestyle choices and monitor progress in reducing your future cancer risk.
Getting Started
Simply input a few personal details, such as your age and sex, then click on the various lifestyle images to log your behaviour that day. Once you have inputted all your lifestyle choices you will be able to view your low, high and advisory score and read how you can reduce your cancer risk! Each day is recorded so you are able to view weeks at a time and hopefully see your risk of cancer being reduced, just by making very small changes!
